Sword
of Highlanders, "la Claymore" knew the occupation
of this place by the Scot during the Hundred Years'
War.
Today,
the vine
growing replaces the weapons, and is worth a visit:
intense colour, exquisite nose with wood aromas, both
powerful and harmonious tannins, long in the mouth.
The
second wine, "le Cadet du Château la Claymore",
is very fine and well-balanced; it should be enjoyed
while young.
